Introduction
High temperature environments expose belts to an accelerated ageing process resulting in a hardening and cracking of the rubber surface. This can result in serious damage to the actual belt carcass because heat can cause separation between the plies. Our team has developed belts of heat resistance in different level of temperature and serious condition.
Usage
Heat resistant steel cord belts are used with great success include the cement industry, recycling plants, the steel industry, foundries, and the chemical industry.
Feature
Heat resistant steel cord Conveyor Belts a range of special rubber compounds that have been specifically engineered reduce the strength loss of heat aging during running, and thus will extend the working life. Besides, The cover we design will also enhance the high temperature resistant property of the rubber and reduce the loss of heat aging.
Different types of grades are available for high-temperature applications (T120 and T200) such as clinker, coke, foundry sand and slag. Can be used for transporting material at continuous temperatures of up to 190 °C, with peaks of up to 200 °C
